There's no elevator to reach the second level, which can be a hassle, especially if you're lugging around heavy bags. The PTAC heating and cooling unit rattled away with noise, making it hard to find quiet. Trying to watch TV was frustrating due to freezing channels on Apple TV, and learning about a hidden remote for standard cable only while checking out felt like poor communication. The reliance on QR codes for most services struck me as impersonal. I prefer a physical phone in the room for direct contact.

The Standard King room was stylish and so comfy. The bed and pillows? Absolute bliss! The bathroom was clean and modern with nice tiles and a glass door. The added touch of bathrobes was nice too. Only downside was the bar area being closed when we wanted to chill there.

The boutique experience stood out with charming design elements and quality materials used throughout the property. The homemade pastries at breakfast were delightful, though the overall breakfast menu felt somewhat limited. While the outdoor and indoor spaces invited relaxation, the room was too small for a group of four, making it a bit cramped. Additionally, the bar’s closure due to a private event was disappointing, as we had planned to enjoy that area during our stay.
